Enrollment Application

Enrollment at The Recording Conservatory of Austin is open to people who are seriously interested in the field of professional audio production and music recording. No previous musical or recording experience is required for admission.

In order to be accepted into the Beginning Audio Engineering Program, applicants must:

Fill out the Application Form
Complete a personal interview with the school director
Provide proof of completion of secondary education (high school diploma or GED certificate)

Studio Tech Package

TRCOA kicks off your education by providing the tools you need to succeed in the industry. With the Studio Tech Package, TRCOA will provide a M2 Mac Mini loaded with industry-standard software, like Pro Tools, Ableton Live and Steven Slate Complete. The Studio Tech Package will also arm you with hardware specific to your program. During your time at TRCOA, you will learn to master these tools; by graduation you will be able to confidently jump into the industry ready to succeed.
